Where simple living becomes closer to earth.
Craig and Deb Weinstein are the heart behind a small lavender farm nestled in the mountains of Grassy Creek, North Carolina. Rooted in a love for simple living and the natural beauty of the High Country, their days are shaped by the land, the seasons, and a slower, more intentional way of life. What began as Deb’s passion for gardening and living closer to the earth gradually grew into a shared dream of cultivating something meaningful and sustainable.
At the farm, Craig and Deb grow and harvest fresh and dried lavender, craft small-batch lavender oils, and create lavender room sprays and lotions designed to bring a sense of calm into everyday spaces. Alongside the lavender fields, their honeybees thrive, producing local mountain honey that reflects the flora of the surrounding landscape. Every product is thoughtfully made, honoring the belief that quality comes from patience, care, and respect for nature’s rhythms. For them, the journey is truly the destination, from planting the first seedlings to sharing the final product with their community.
Their mission is simple: to live closer to the earth while offering others a chance to slow down and reconnect with the natural world. Craig and Deb are committed to sustainable practices, hands-on learning, and sharing the quiet beauty of mountain life through their lavender and honey. By nurturing the land and working in harmony with it, they hope to inspire others to embrace simple living, meaningful work, and the joy found in the journey itself.
